This four-part series offers gentle, accessible practices designed to help you relax deeply, become more present, and access natural insight. Each class begins with a guided relaxation to settle the nervous system, followed by a simple awareness or intuition exercise that invites reflection, clarity, and inner listening.

No prior experience is needed. These practices are designed to support everyday life.

Bring a sheet of paper and pen in case you'd like to capture your insights.

We’ll use progressive muscle relaxation combined with diaphragmatic breathing and gentle imagery to help the body unwind and the mind settle. From this relaxed state, you’ll be guided into a simple practice for noticing inner signals and clarity.
