Hi there, nice to meet you! I am Linda Alfino, Pilates, Barre, and “Chill” Yoga instructor. I started Tough Love Fitness Club in response to the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in the closure of all gyms, studios and playing fields. As a former employee of the YMCA, I wanted to continue to offer neighbors, friends and family the kind of workouts and community that was so desperately needed during these uncertain times.
I have taken my MANY years of fitness and athletics experience, and developed a safe and fun online program that gives a great head to toe workout. My group Pilates, Barre and Yoga based program has been especially designed for men and women age 40+ and is great for all fitness abilities. I offer modifications and challenges so you get the workout YOU need.
