Each week, we will gather to meditate on Zoom together, beginning with a guided journey that invites you to feel and release the emotions stored in your body. From there, we’ll explore the voice within, allowing space for each participant to hear and speak with their inner wisdom.

The final part of our hour is dedicated to meditation time, where you will be guided into a safe and supportive space to envision and create the life you deeply desire. This is a time for reflection, manifestation, and stepping into the energy of your true potential.

No prior experience is required—just come as you are, ready to explore and connect with yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way. Whether you’re seeking clarity, release, or inspiration, this is a space for you to access your own inner knowing in a supportive group environment.

**How to Prepare:**
\~ Please find a cozy, quiet spot to tune into the session
\~ Grab a warm cup of tea and a blanket if you'd like
\~ Have a journal and pen nearby

**Interactive Space Guidelines:** Our Group Somatic Healing sessions are designed to be a quiet, reflective space for everyone. You are welcome to keep your video on or off—whatever makes you feel most comfortable. While everyone will be muted during the session to maintain a calm environment, you can still interact with the group through the chat feature if you wish to share insights or reflections. This allows us to maintain a peaceful atmosphere while still offering a space for connection.
