Join me for Group Somatic Healing, a virtual weekly meetup designed to help you reconnect with your body and inner wisdom. Each week, we will gather to meditate on Zoom together, beginning with a guided journey that invites you to feel and release the emotions stored in your body. From there, we’ll explore the voice within, allowing space for each participant to hear and speak with their inner wisdom.

The final part of our hour is dedicated to meditation time, where you will be guided into a safe and supportive space to envision and create the life you deeply desire. This is a time for reflection, manifestation, and stepping into the energy of your true potential.

No prior experience is required—just come as you are, ready to explore and connect with yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way. Whether you’re seeking clarity, release, or inspiration, this is a space for you to access your own inner knowing in a supportive group environment.

**How to Prepare:**
\~ Please find a cozy, quiet spot to tune into the session
\~ Grab a warm cup of tea and a blanket if you'd like
\~ Have a journal and pen nearby

**Interactive Space Guidelines:** Our Group Somatic Healing sessions are designed to be a quiet, reflective space for everyone. You are welcome to keep your video on or off—whatever makes you feel most comfortable. While everyone will be muted during the session to maintain a calm environment, you can still interact with the group through the chat feature if you wish to share insights or reflections. This allows us to maintain a peaceful atmosphere while still offering a space for connection.

*A free somatic workshop to quiet the mind, access your inner voice, and come home to yourself.*

This highly requested session is for anyone who’s wanted to go deeper into the practices we do on Fridays — or who’s ever thought, *“I want to feel more connected… but I don’t know where to start.”*

In this live workshop, we’ll walk through the how to of the basic somatic practices that we do every Friday step by step:

* Energy Clearing
* Quieting the Mind
* Finding your Inner Voice
* Connecting emotions to sensations in the body
* 1:1 hot seat to dive deeper on questions you have
* Creating your safe place

There will be space to ask *any* question — whether you’re brand new to inner voice work or have been joining Friday sessions for months.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to practice this on your own… and hopefully, a deeper sense of peace, trust, and presence in your body.

I'll send the recording to everyone who registers for the event so don't worry if the live meeting time doesn't work with your schedule. Feel free to DM any questions ahead of time if you'd like to make sure they are covered!
