At this experiential workshop I will teach you why the beautiful sounds that emanate from the crystal singing bowls help you to feel better emotionally and why aligning your physical body on a direction that is customized for you helps enhance the benefits of meditation.

In this experiential workshop you will:

● Learn about crystal singing bowls - why they help us to feel better from a scientific perspective, and also how to play (sing) the bowls your self

● Use a Classical Feng Shui formula that aligns you on a direction specifically for you that helps enhance the emotional, physical and spiritual healing benefits of meditation

● This will be followed by a singing bowl experiential where you will be given the opportunity to meditate while listening to the beautiful tones of the crystal singing bowls
