Join Farhad, welcoming in the energy of light at the Summer Solstice Sound Bath, as he guides you through meditation and a sound bath experience, using crystal bowls, gongs and chimes. This will be an evening of meditation and sound healing. Melt into the healing sounds of crystal bowls, handpan, symphonic gongs, and chimes. These sessions can provide many benefits to your overall well-being, including stress release, enhanced concentration, focus and release of any blocked energy in the body and mind.
Creating a healing flow of energy through the main energy centers of the body (Chakras) for a beautiful reset and balance. This class is ideal for everyone, no prior experience is required. All are welcome to join and learn the many benefits of a meditation practice in community.
This event is held in the main sanctuary at Mount Seymour United Church, located in North Vancouver. As there is seating for \~300 people, you are welcome to sit in the seats provided. You may also lay on the floor in designated areas upon your arrival. We recommend you bring a yoga mat if you choose to lie down. Other suggested props to bring for added comfort: pillow(s), eye mask, blanket.
**Parking**: There is plenty of free parking available out front.
**Time**: Event starts at 7:30pm. Doors will open at 7:00pm.
**Space**: The event is being held in the main Sanctuary Room of the church. We have space for **\~ 30 yoga mats on a first-come first-serve basis**. If you choose to lie down, please bring your own props for added comfort such as yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye-mask. There is plenty of comfortable seating available for those who do not wish to lie down. Please wear comfortable clothes (layers). No yoga attire required.
