Community donation yoga followed by a potluck. Join us for yoga, and bring a dish to share at the potluck. Yin yoga is long held floor poses and benefits include: Calms and balances the mind and body, Reduces stress and anxiety, Increases circulation, Improves flexibility, Releases fascia and improves joint mobility, Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana. Due to the pandemic, face masks and social distancing will be in effect. We have set up at 5:30pm, if anyone would be available to help with set up, just show up early. :) The same with tear down at 8pm. If you're under 18, come with an adult, per Meetup guidelines.
