A nourishing Yin Yoga class, weekly on Sundays via Zoom. Yin Yoga is very Zen, it's all floor poses, held for a longer time. This is a donation only class. You could donate via Paypal, Venmo, or Zelle.

11-12:30pm every Sunday, with an occasional cancel. Check back here, to know if a class has been cancelled. Everyone is welcome. It is optional camera on or off. However, if you leave the camera on, I expect that you're doing yoga with our class. ;)

Use props for this class! Yoga bolsters, blankets and blocks. If you don't have all of this, pillows are fine. Wear comfortable clothing, including socks when it's cooler.

Zoom Yoga Sunday

Community donation yoga followed by a potluck. Join us for yoga, and bring a dish to share at the potluck. Yin yoga is long held floor poses and benefits include: Calms and balances the mind and body, Reduces stress and anxiety, Increases circulation, Improves flexibility, Releases fascia and improves joint mobility, Balances the internal organs and improves the flow of chi or prana. Due to the pandemic, face masks and social distancing will be in effect. We have set up at 5:30pm, if anyone would be available to help with set up, just show up early. :) The same with tear down at 8pm. If you're under 18, come with an adult, per Meetup guidelines. Thank you!
