Os queremos invitar a otro evento online con nuestro amigo [Jorge Hidalgo](https://www.linkedin.com/in/deors/?originalSubdomain=es), que nos hablará sobre:

**Codingeddon: El fin de la Ingeniería de Software tal como la conocemos**

En este evento, con [Jorge Hidalgo](https://www.linkedin.com/in/deors/?originalSubdomain=es) exploraremos la evolución de desarrollo de software y cómo estas nuevas herramientas de intelignecia artificial provocan un cambio radical en nuestra manera de desarrollar en el futuro. Hablaremos del agente de codificación remota que tiene GitHub directamente su propio servidores (GitHub Copilot Cloud Agent), cómo funciona por dentro y cómo podemos aprovecharnos de él.

No hace mucho nos dimos cuenta de que era mejor escribir programas en C, Python o Java que seguir escribiéndolos en ensamblador. Aprendemos a delegar en los compiladores la carga de muchas tareas repetitivas de bajo nivel. Todo empezó con tareas sencillas, pero a medida que los compiladores se vuelven más avanzados, incluso aspectos complejos como la gestión de memoria son gestionados por ellos. Esto nos permitió ser más productivos, lograr más en el mismo tiempo y escribir programas más robustos. Sí, los compiladores nos superan en muchísimas tareas. El reto que tenemos hoy en día con la IA generativa, y más concretamente, con los agentes de codificación, no es tan diferente, ¿verdad? Sin embargo, nos da miedo dar rienda suelta a los agentes de IA, y es lógico. Nos asusta un cambio tan radical. La IA es una oportunidad fenomenal para superarnos. Olvídense de todas las tareas que no aportan un valor añadido significativo. Centrémonos más en definir especificaciones "ejecutables y verificables" y dejemos que la máquina se encargue del código y las pruebas por nosotros (si no de todo, al menos de una parte significativa de las tareas). El código es solo otro nivel de abstracción, aunque nos guste demasiado. Este es el momento con el que hemos soñado: poder entregar proyectos completos o funcionalidades específicas siempre a tiempo y con la calidad esperada, y a partir de ahí, ser los mejores en lo que hacemos. Exploremos juntos cómo esto se está haciendo realidad.
