Who we are
Senderismo en Londres Club began in July 2016 but can trace its history back to 2015. The group organised hundreds of trips in the UK and formalizing as a sports group in 2016 to reflect the fact it was organising more types of events including watersports and other adventure activities and have accident insurance. After the first year we formalized ourselves as a Sports Club and we are in the process of being as a Sports Federation Club in GB.
The group attracts a wide range of people, typically aged mid 20’s to 40 and over. Most of our members are from the London area but we welcome people from all over the UK. Many join the group to escape London at weekends but also to see some great scenery and meet like minded people who also have an interest in the great outdoors.
