The Power of Self Belief

Self-acceptance is the practice of recognising and embracing your authentic self, complete with all your strengths and flaws. Self-acceptance is about being true to yourself. But you are not standing still, because part of self-acceptance is knowing that you are not meant to know it all, and that you will continue to grow and learn.

Imposter syndrome is impossible when you have self-acceptance. I believe that self-acceptance is the first step in gaining **unbreakable confidence**.

Self-acceptance doesn't make us immune to hurt or pain, because we are human, but these things don't change the essence of who we are, because that's no longer on the table to negotiate. Self-acceptance means that we no longer rush to blame ourselves for others' trespasses against us.

We know that sometimes, as a leader, it's not about us at all. It's about where others are in their own confidence journey. We can resist their behaviours and respectfully teach them to treat us differently.

Our relationships with others become happier, because we stop people- pleasing in order to fit in. We stop overthinking all of our moves.

And we start living our lives in accordance with our values, rather than acting out of alignment with them.

The content of this online session is based around helping to increase our self acceptance, which is the best foundation for building self confidence. It's top tier self care.
