Join our group of hiking and adventure-loving women for a morning fresh air, connection, and rejuvenation as we explore Mount Lakeway!

If you normally come on our mindful hikes, this hike will be at a faster pace (still walking!) and the trail has about 800 feet of elevation gain. This hike will be a bit more challenging than our slower paced hikes. Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome! We expect to hike \~4 miles.

This hike is an opportunity for women to gather in nature and in community and meet new friends who also love wellness + the outdoors! Come bathe your senses in nature with us and reset before the week ahead. The event will be unplugged from devices so we can slow down, acknowledge the rhythms of nature, and leave feeling restored and nourished in mind, body and soul.

We are donation-based to support the cost of event facilitation and page maintenance (suggested donation: $7-15; donations are never required but very welcome)! **Parking is free on either side of the street at 113 Trophy Drive. Or you can park in the Lakeway Swim Center parking lot and walk over to the trailhead. Please arrive 10 minutes early to secure parking and make your way to the trailhead to meet us! We will meet next to the trail sign on the sidewalk at 113 Trophy Drive in The Hills.**

Join our group of hiking and adventure-loving women for a morning fresh air, connection, and rejuvenation as we explore Mount Lakeway!

This hike is an opportunity for women to gather in nature and in community and meet new friends who also love wellness + the outdoors! Come bathe your senses in nature with us and reset before the week ahead. The event will be unplugged from devices so we can slow down, acknowledge the rhythms of nature, and leave feeling restored and nourished in mind, body and soul.

During our easy pace hikes, we hike at a slower pace with the intention of building connection to nature and mindfulness. **Women of all ages and backgrounds are welcome!** We expect to hike \~3 miles, and this trail has about 300 feet of elevation gain.

**Women's Ranch Retreat: Nourish in Nature**

Join us for 3 transformative nights of growth and renewal during our women's ranch retreat nestled in the heart of Texas Hill Country!

This retreat is open to women of all backgrounds and all ages (21+), no matter where you are on your journey. There is absolutely no previous experience necessary. Come as you are, and be ready to leave with a renewed sense of inspiration, energy, and empowerment to take bold strides toward building your most nourishing life.

Retreat Ranch is an enchanting 46-acre ranch oasis in Marble Falls, Texas that provides the unique opportunity to break away from the fast pace of daily life and rediscover tranquility both externally and internally. Family owned and operated, the ranch has been lovingly built to bring you home to nature and serenity.

The ranch is filled with special places to explore during your free time. You're invited to meet the free-ranging horses and ranch animals, walk the land and meditation labryinth, read in the hammocks, relax in the sauna, take a dip in the stock tank plunge pool & hot tub, and horseback ride or try out horse yoga (optional). In the evenings, gather round the firepit, star gaze under the Hill Country sky, and get a restorative night's sleep in your private retro camper, king yurt, or shared bunkhouse.

Marble Falls is located one hour from Austin in the heart of Texas Hill Country. Known as a hub for outdoor adventure, Marble Falls is set among iconic rock formations, lakes, swimming holes, state parks and trails. If you arrive early or stay after, you'll have plenty to see and do.

* **Accommodations:** Beautifully restorative glamping accommodations (shared and private) for 3-nights and 4-days at Retreat Ranch. Our group will have exclusive access to the ranch, which is tucked away in the natural beauty of Texas Hill Country.
* **Meals:** Our nourishing chef-made meals feature a robust variety of delicious, healthy & whole foods. All meals are included from dinner on Thursday until brunch on Sunday. We can accommodate most dietary needs, and our meals are will be vegetarian-friendly and gluten-free and dairy-free optional.
