Gentle all-levels yoga class on the beach with the best community on the Space Coast!
Letting go ceremony to close the year
🥁Stay after class for the Space Coast Drum Circle and bonfire dance the night away with our vibrant local community! 🔥

* Yoga mat or large blanket or beach towel
* Water bottle to stay hydrated
* A friend and your open heart

The Cold Moon marks the final full moon of the year a time to reflect on how far you’ve come, release lingering energy from the past, and create space for what’s next.
