This group is Spiritually focused. Practicing the art of "being". All are welcome to this peaceful space!
We will open with a grounding frequency and guided meditation, followed by a quiet meditation with a live instrument. You are welcome to either be seated or lying on the floor (if there is room). To end the evening, our circle can include discussion on our experiences during our meditation and a focused topic.
Tea and water will be served. If anyone would like to bring a healthy snack to share, please feel free.
