### **Hike • Breathe • Plunge – Wyld Friday Reset**

Start your Friday with a shot of adventure, presence, and brotherhood. 🌲❄️💪
We’ll gather at **Shevlin Park (main lot just west of the bridge)** at **6:30 a.m. sharp**. From there, we’ll do a short hike (or trail run if you’re feeling it), move into guided breathwork, and then finish with a cold plunge in the creek.
It’s simple, powerful, and the best way to reset your body and mind before the weekend.
**What to Bring:**

* Shoes for a short hike/run
* Swimsuit or shorts (optional, some go in with just shorts)
* Towel + warm clothes for after
* An open mind

**What to Expect:**

* \~10 min hike/run
* 10 min breathwork
* 2–3 min cold plunge
* Brotherhood, laughter, and energy to fuel your day

All fitness levels are welcome — this isn’t about performance, it’s about showing up.
