Different from traditional therapy, MentaLIFE is forward focused.

PS. This is nothing like therapy, I am not a therapist. Although I have a masters degree in counseling psychology, I wanted nothing to do with mental illness, but everything to do with mental wellness. This is a forward movement approach to mental health and I am excited to build this community.
