This Monday, we invite you back to the roots of your natural joy — the playful, alive energy that has always lived inside you.
Through guided breathwork, stretching, authentic relating games, and a sound healing meditation, we'll create space to loosen up, reconnect with spontaneity, and remember that growth doesn’t always have to be serious.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is laugh, move, and play.
Whether you’re carrying stress, feeling stuck, or simply want to recharge your spirit — this gathering will leave you lighter, more connected, and energized.

La mission de Francis est de reconnecter chaque individu, enfant ou adulte, avec leur enfant intérieur. En utilisant des techniques de respiration amusantes, naturelles et professionnelles, j’aide à détendre votre système nerveux pour diminuer votre anxiété de performance et vous offrir un espace de ‘’reparenting’’ pour vous-même. Tout cela, sans avoir recours à la médication ni à du coaching ou une thérapie sans fin… Francis complète actuellement une deuxième formation de 400 heures supplémentaires en breathwork tout en étant mentor pour la formation d'Alchemy of Breath.

Francis Dostie
Francis ' mission is to reconnect each individual, child or adult, with their inner child. Using fun, natural and professional breathing techniques, I help relax your nervous system to reduce performance anxiety and offer you a space for "reparenting" yourself. All this, without resorting to medication or endless coaching or therapy... Francis is currently completing a second 400-hour breathwork training course while mentoring the Alchemy of Breath training.
