Free Your Voice is an inmmersive experience designed to explore the connection between breath, body and voice through naturality and games, a space for beginners and curious voices that will bring them to the understanding of their vocal habits, such as releasing tension, and discovering their natural sound through play, breathwork and guided exploration by a professional vocalist and coach.

**Starting from the connection between breath, body and sound,** this workshop invites participants to discover the voice in a natural, playful and pressure-free way.

The experience also includes a guided vocal improvisation session led by a guest actress, encouraging spontaneity, creativity and connection through collective play.

**No previous singing experience is needed!**
**Wear comfortable clothes and bring some socks so that you can move freely! Drinks and food will be provided - let's have a fun time together!**

The workshop is divided into four blocks:
— **Breath, Body & Voice Connection**
Exploring the physical relationship between breath, posture, tension and sound through guided exercises and partner work.
— **Sound Exploration Through Play**
Using imitation, instinct, rhythm and spontaneous vocal exercises to discover the voice beyond perfection or technique.
— **Vocal Improvisation & Collective Play**
Improvisation session guided by a guest actrees, focused on creativity, interaction and freedom through voice and movement.
— **Voice Integration & Collective Singing**
Bringing together breath, play and expression through accessible collective singing and vocal use.
No previous singing experience is needed — only curiosity and openness.
