**Focus:** Building trust, introducing the purpose of journaling, and setting personal intentions.
**Goals:** Create a safe space, encourage openness, and help moms feel comfortable sharing.
**Journaling Prompts:**

* What brought you here today?
* How would you describe your current season of motherhood in three words?
* What do you hope to get from this group?
* **🖊️ Deep Dive (100+ words):**
* Describe how becoming a mother has changed your daily life and the way you see yourself.

## ✨ Journaling Instructions for ALL Participants

**Before each weekly session:**

* Complete all the journal prompts for the upcoming week.
* Write your **Deep Dive Question** response in **100 words or more.**
* Bring your completed entries to the session to share and reflect with the group.

**Why this matters:**

* Writing ahead allows you to be fully present and open during group discussions.
* It helps build confidence in expressing your thoughts and feelings.
* It gives everyone more time for meaningful connection and support during the session.
