I cook, plant, reap, and repeat, striving to maintain connection with my roots and nourish my community.

Eric Sherman has been cooking and distributing food in NYC since 2006. He is a fungal enthusiast, amateur forager, father, and appreciator of the power of food to bring people together. Eric has worked at several restaurants in the Midwest and East Coast, catered large outdoor, grill-focused events, whole pig roasts, and weddings. He is thrilled to launch MycoDelights as an exciting new platform to showcase the diverse tastes and textures of the fungal world in a setting designed for sharing ideas and casual learning.

### **About Niv who is doing A Trip into Fungus, Psychedelics, Spirituality, and Culture**

Niv is above all a lifelong student of yoga. She ran a donation based BIPOC yoga collective based in Seattle called Liberation Flow for three years and loves teaching workshops on yoga, psychedelics, and spirituality.
