Our Inner Life Community

Our Inner Life was formed in March of 2022. We have free weekly gatherings in Santa Monica (ie. Sunday Reflection) and on Zoom (ie. Spiritual Book Club) for everyone, everywhere!

Our purpose is to open our minds and hearts to different spiritual thinkers, take what works for us, and leave the rest. We’re the ‘Choose your own adventure’ spiritual path!

At our gatherings we welcome whatever your experience is with mindfulness and meditation. We encourage your questions, feedback, and skepticism.

We gather to listen, share, support and inspire one another.
The community is called ‘Our Inner Life’ because if your internal house is in order, you become the best version of yourself in all of life’s roles.
