Are you feeling like you need a break from anything goals related?
Does it sometimes feel like you’re on an ambition loop, where you achieve one goal only to set another without taking a breath and time to integrate?
You know that goals help you move towards the life you want, and you have had a lot of success with achieving your goals, but you’re just tired.

Our focus for this group EFT/Tapping meetup is to acknowledge this goal fatigue, give ourselves permission to take a breath and integrate the progress we have already made.

EFT/Tapping is a great tool to support our nervous systems with goal fatigue, as Dawson Church beautifully says,
*‘The real power of the EFT setup statement is not requiring us to be better, to be perfect, or to change. It is loving ourselves where we are.’*

From this place we find we move intentionally in life with inspired action, while enjoying where we are right now.

**What to expect**
No experience with EFT is necessary as you will be led through how to tap effectively by myself (Beth Little, accredited EBEFT practitioner) and guided through several tapping series to assist you in reducing stress.

You will be in a supported, respectful community of people. Often, attendees discover that others share similar concerns and experiences, and giving voice to these together with EFT/Tapping can support a deeper sense of empowerment.

You will also receive take home resources to support you in your self tapping practice if you wish to continue between group events.

Hydration is really beneficial with EFT/Tapping work. **Please bring your water bottle.**

**Venue Details**
We will meet within the Multicultural Language Centre in Subiaco.
**Please note** **Unfortunately this venue is not wheelchair accessible.** The room is on the first floor and you will need to be able to comfortably take the stairs to the first floor.
