The meeting begins promptly at **7:00 AM**, so be sure to arrive **10–15 minutes early** for additional networking time.
During the meeting, you'll have a chance to introduce yourself by sharing your **name, business, and who invited you**. This introduction is brief and simply helps our members get to know you. Our members value connecting with visitors and are eager to support your business growth.
Each member has **45 seconds** to present their weekly pitch. This is a great opportunity to listen for potential connections or consider members for future referrals.
We will also call on members to share testimonials and referrals. Additionally, a few visitors may be asked to share their impressions of the meeting. If called upon, simply provide your **name, business name, and a quick takeaway** from the experience.
At the conclusion of the meeting, visitors will be placed in a breakout room to ask any questions. Afterward, when you rejoin the main session, we encourage you to stay for **open networking**—a great time to connect with potential referral partners.

During the meeting, you'll have a chance to introduce yourself by sharing your name, business, and who invited you. Keep it brief and to the point! **Don’t forget to bring business cards**—our members love connecting with visitors to help support your business growth.
Each member will have 35 seconds to give their weekly pitch, so take this time to listen for potential connections or referral opportunities.
Members will also be called on to share testimonials and referrals, each lasting about 20 seconds.
Later in the meeting, a few visitors will be invited to share their impressions. If called on, simply state your name, business, and a quick thought about the experience.
At the end of the meeting, visitors will have a breakout session to ask any questions. After rejoining, be sure to stick around for open networking—**this is a great chance to connect with potential referral partners.**
