If you are already into Nordic Walking, then bring your Nordic Walking poles and let's enjoy a few Nordic Walking loops around the beautiful Ken Thompson Park on City Island in Sarasota. If you are curious about Nordic Walking, then join us for a brief explanation and demonstration of Nordic Walking. One loop takes about 15 minutes and is about a mile, with gorgeous views of both the bay and the mangroves. There are public restrooms in two locations along the loop.

By the way, sometimes parking can be a challenge, so plan on coming a little early.

We will start and end our first loop there, which will be about a mile. On the second loop, those who want can stop with me at The Nest for some coffee and eats before we complete the second loop back to the parking area. There are public restrooms at The Nest.
