**Beginner Insight Meditation instructions:** 6:30-7pm
**20 minute silent sit:** 7:15-7:45pm
**40 minute silent sit:** 8-9pm

• All **silent, sitting** practices welcomed
**•** BYO cushion/blanket
• Chair provided
• Enter space silently
**•** Stay the entire session *(excluding emergencies, of course)*
• Guest instructors will be noted
