I have spent many years studying personal development and self-care. Self-care when looked at from a holistic perspective, can transform a person's life.

One of the most helpful ways to develop the habit and routine, of self-love, is to express yourself, receive careful feedback, and unconditional support.

All people benefit from self-love & self-compassion, so no matter who you are or what you're going through, I want you to join. And if you're someone who is working for another person, please pay special attention, because you're gonna want to learn what I have to say about valuing yourself.

You are worthy of living the life you desire.

My passion is to create safe and healthy environments for you to express yourself, and my greatest joy will be to watch you grow more in love with yourself.

I want to see you excited about life and creating the kind of lifestyle you want to live.

We will meet weekly in a group setting to inspire, affirm, and motivate each other to step into alignment with our greatest JOY.

We'll get a chance to share, process and reflect on what is going on with us, as well as ask questions and teach each other. This should always be to your comfort level.

We will discuss self-love with attention to the mind, body, and soul and how they intersect. We may speak on topics of spiritualism, but this is not a group specific to any religion.

You're welcome to bring readings, teachings and questions on your mind.

I will bring warm energy, guided questions, an active listening ear, and wisdom from the many teachings in my toolbelt. Depending on your receptivity, I will share many of the unique tips, tools, and strategies-- I have developed from years of practicing self-care. You'll get a ton of encouragement from me.

I may ask a visitor from my other groups to come and teach with me on any given day.

I want everyone to feel welcomed and relaxed.

You'll be inspired to take aligned action. We will be taking a look at what brings ourselves greater joy and peace, and will be walking away feeling grounded and complete.
