**ITINERARY**
**DAY 1 - WELCOME TO PARADISE**
Arrive at our boutique adults-only hotel and ease into island life with a welcome drink, a tour of the lush property, and a delicious welcome dinner with fellow travelers.

**DAY 2 - CULTURE, COASTLINES & SUNSET VIBES**
Stroll through Willemstad for curated shopping and local color, then visit Chobolobo and relax at Mambo Beach. In the evening, unwind on a luxe sunset cruise before dining and exploring the lively Pietermaai District.

**DAY 3 - SOUL & SCENERY**
Begin with a soul-soothing healing session at the Wellspring Sky Temple. Then, head out on a nature and beach tour to discover Curaçao’s stunning hidden coves, scenic trails, and pristine coastline.

**DAY 4 - SPA BLISS & ISLAND FREEDOM**
Indulge in a rejuvenating massage at one of Curaçao’s top wellness spas. The rest of the day is yours—relax poolside, explore, or dive deeper into self-care at your own pace.

**DAY 5 - ISLAND AVENTURE & FAREWELL FEAST**

**ITINERARY**
**DAY 1 - WELCOME TO PARADISE**
Your journey begins as you arrive at a
Luxury 5-star hotel, your home for the
next five days. Take in the tropical
ambiance and unwind before meeting
your fellow travelers at a special Welcome
Dinner, where we’ll set intentions for the
retreat ahead.

**DAY 2 - WELLNESS & HISTORIC CHARGE**
Start the day with a luxurious spa
experience at The Santa Maria, where
you’ll enjoy rejuvenating treatments that
set the tone for relaxation. In the
afternoon, we’ll explore Casco Viejo, the
city’s historic district filled with colonial
architecture, artisan shops, and cultural
gems.

**DAY 3 - A TASTE OF PANAMA & FREE TIME**
Today, immerse yourself in Panama’s rich
culinary traditions with a hands-on
Panamanian cooking class. Learn to
prepare authentic dishes using fresh, local
ingredients. Afterward, enjoy the rest of
the day at your own pace--relax by the
pool, explore the city, or book and
optional excursion.

**DAY 4 - WATERFALLS & INDIGENOUS TRADITIONS**
Venture into the lush rainforest for a
guided hike to a stunning waterfall,
where you’ll have the chance to swim in
natural pools. Then, visit the Embera
Indigenous Village to experience their
culture, music, and way of life.

**DAY 5 - ISLAND ESCAPE & FAREWELL CELEBRATION**
We’ll set sail on a catamaran adventure
to Taboga Island, a tropical paradise just
off the coast of Panama City. Spend the
day basking in the sun, swimming in
crystal-clear waters, and enjoying fresh
seafood. In the evening, we’ll gather for a
Farewell Dinner, celebrating new
friendships and unforgettable memories.

**DAY 6 - FAREWELL & DEPARTURE**
As your journey comes to a close, we
invite you to enjoy a slow and intentional
morning. Savor a nourishing breakfast,
take a final stroll through the resort
grounds, or simply relax by the pool with
a cup of Panamanian coffee. Reflect on
your experience, journal your thoughts,
and say goodbye to new friends with a
full heart.
