**Embodied Consent** is a practical, body-based, relational framework for communication, boundaries, and co-creating connection that actually feels good. It helps you listen to your body, communicate your truth, and stop abandoning yourself in the name of harmony.

**In this workshop, you’ll learn to:**

🔹 Recognize your body’s natural signals of **Yes, No, and Maybe**
🔹 Communicate wants, limits, and needs without guilt or confusion
🔹 Explore the ***Wheel of Consent***—a powerful framework for navigating the exchange of giving and receiving
🔹 Create clear relational agreements that support both autonomy and intimacy

Expect a mix of visual explanations, guided exercises, and gentle partner practices—all offered in a trauma-informed, consent-based space. You’ll walk away with language, tools, and somatic awareness you can apply immediately.

**Kiki Grace** is a Somatic Integration Coach and Psychedelic Guide who helps people reconnect with their truth, embody their boundaries, and lead more authentic lives.
**Jason Goode** is a Somatic Sex Educator and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (in training) who supports individuals and couples to create more intimacy, sovereignty, and aliveness.

Embodied Consent: How to Cultivate Authentic Relationships

***Are you holding something tender in your system right now—an experience, a question, a shift you can feel but can’t quite name?***

This 90-minute online circle is a space to slow down, exhale, and be with whatever’s alive in you. Whether you’re integrating a psychedelic experience, moving through a life transition, or simply craving deeper connection with yourself and others—this space is for you.

Our bodies carry stories, our nervous systems hold wisdom, and our embodied healing deepens when we’re witnessed in community—gently, without pressure to fix or perform.

**This circle is for you if:**

* You’re integrating a recent or past psychedelic journey and need support
* You feel stuck in old patterns and want space to explore what’s underneath
* You crave meaningful connection in a space that honors your full humanity
* You’re drawn to embodiment and somatics as a path toward inner alignment

We’ll gather in a lightly guided format with clear agreements and boundaries. Our time together may include grounding, gentle movement, somatic inquiry, and space for authentic sharing. There’s no pressure to speak—your presence alone is welcome and enough.

This isn’t therapy. It’s not performance.

***About Your Facilitator***
Kiki Grace is a Somatic Coach and Psychedelic Guide who runs her private practice, Soma Healing, specializing in Low-5 & MDMA experiences for trauma resolution and embodied integration. She is a certified Transformational Recovery & Psychedelic Integration Coach through Being True to You and is currently training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

With over 15 years of personal and mentored psychedelic exploration and a decade of professional experience in Yogic Philosophy and Teaching, Kiki brings both depth and discernment to this work. She helps clients turn psychedelic medicines into meaningful tools for transformation—woven into a broader path of healing, embodiment, and self-trust. Known for her steady, intuitive presence, Kiki guides clients with a trauma-informed, somatic approach, supporting the release of outdated survival strategies and alignment with one’s most authentic, embodied expression.

Her circle containers are held with warmth, precision, and deep respect for both your process and the group process. Her container invites you to bravely step into your truth while being held with gentleness and care.
