We’ll take the Mt Coolum track at a steady, social pace, with time to chat, catch our breath, and take in the scenery.

Meet at the Mt Coolum Hike information sign at the base of the walk in the carpark area - and due to it being near summer will begin walking promptly at 7 am.

Bring your furry friend (or just your love of dogs!) for an easy morning walk along the Peregian shoreline.

It’s a chance to stretch, breathe in the salt air, and connect with other women who love nature, conversation, and wagging tails.

No rush, no fuss — just sun, sand, and shared smiles.

Meet at Beach Entrance 59 Perigian Beach at 6 am for a beautiful morning walk - Please note - as Pups just wanna have fun - we will be promptly walking at start time.

Walk followed by an optional smoothie or breakfast at one of pb’s cafes and you can take advantage of a swim after if you wish.
