🌿 **Mantra Art Session: Peace & Dharma - What the recent Epics Teach us about it.**

After exploring *Dharma* in our last Soul Veda session, we now turn to the foundation that makes it possible: ***Peace, Acceptance & Forgiveness.***

In this special Mantra Art session, we’ll reflect on this by drawing inspiration from the *Ramayana* and *Mahabharata*, where war symbolizes our own inner battles.

* Which role did Peace play in both of these Epics?
* How did Rama or Arjuna cultivate Peace internally and externally?
* What is the difference between outer peace and inner peace?
* Despite beating the evil outside and having no more war, were Rama and the Pandavas truly at peace afterwards?

🪷 We'll open with **mantra chanting & pranayama**
🕯️ **Our mantra:** *Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu*
🎨 We will dive into art making around the topic of peace, and how it looks for us and inside us.

**What to bring**
🎨 **Bring:** A4/A3/A2 paper or Canvas, any art materials you like, optional collage elements
All levels welcome. No art experience needed—just a willingness to explore peace.
