This month, we are diving deep into the Relationships edition of our recurring series. This is your dedicated time to stop reacting to the people around you and start intentionally designing how you show up in your social and personal circles.

### What to Expect

As part of our monthly recurring series, we follow a structured, hands-on format that moves you from reflection to results:

* The Habit Audit: We’ll start by reviewing your current relational patterns. Are you setting boundaries? Are you over-extending? We’ll look at the habits that define your interactions.
* The Curation: Identify the connections that fuel you. This is the space to invite more of what serves your highest good and begin the process of purging toxic dynamics or outdated expectations.
* The Creative Lab: We get visual! You’ll create an Action Board—either digitally on your device or using traditional paper, magazines, and markers. This board represents the "vibe" and the values you want to manifest in your relationships.
* The Action Plan: We don't just dream; we do. You’ll leave with a concrete set of actions to improve a specific connection or find new ones before our next monthly check-in.

This is a No Judgment, No Criticism zone. Relationships are complex, messy, and deeply personal. We provide a supportive, confidential environment where you can be honest about where you are and where you want to go.
