**Strength in Motion offers women a unique blend of healing movement and emotional support to manage feeling overwhelm and stress.** With a focus on low-impact, joint-friendly exercises, this program creates a peaceful, inclusive space for physical activity and connection. Women can embrace fun, community, and the journey toward peace and resilience in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

$10 per person beginning May 1st.

Through low-impact, joint-friendly exercises, you’ll engage in movements that are both restorative and empowering—designed to release tension, improve circulation, and create a sense of ease within your body. Each session is approached with care, ensuring that every woman, regardless of fitness level, feels comfortable and supported.
