At age 90, Dr. Chen presents a powerful new body of work celebrating America’s 250th anniversary and Manhattan’s 400th. Through his signature Neo-Iconography, the exhibition explores themes of liberty, democracy, peace, human rights, cultural harmony, and gratitude for immigrants' contributions to American life.

Dr. TF Chen is an artist, art historian, author, and cultural visionary. Since 1964, he has advocated for a Global New Renaissance, a flowering of human brilliance through the arts. In 1969, he formulated his “Five-Dimensional World Culture View” and created Neo-Iconography — an approach that juxtaposes images from different eras and civilizations to celebrate a new world culture based in Love.• In 1970, he became the first painter to earn a PhD in Art History from the University of Paris (Sorbonne). In 2001, Chen received the Global Tolerance Award at the United Nations and was designated a Cultural Ambassador for Tolerance and Peace.• Creator of the Art for Humanity World Tour (2003–2020), promoting a global culture of peace.
At age 90, Dr. Chen continues his mission with the Hope for America touring exhibition. We are also producing a documentary about his life and art and planning the future TF Chen Art Museum. We warmly invite you to attend the exhibition and participate in these art projects.
