Blending **martial arts’ power**, **yoga’s mobility**, and **osteopathy’s precision**, movement trainer and osteopath Jonathan Vallade helps you upscale your fitness and strength smartly and safely in this transformative bootcamp.

This weekly bodyweight and band assisted class focuses on building endurance, strength, power and flexibility through full-body workout.
