Get creative in our candle making workshop and release tension in a 90-minute guided breathwork session with Sanna ([vilda](https://www.instagram.com/wearevilda/)) designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Mornings begin with gentle meditation and stretching to center and energize your day, while evenings invite relaxation and connection, whether in the sauna or around the fire with other women on the retreat.

**Food**
Our health coach and nutritionist, Filippa ([The Food Connection](https://www.instagram.com/thefood.connection/)), prepares wholesome dishes using fresh and locally sourced ingredients to highlight the best of the season.

**Location**
*Schilana 80* is a beautifully restored 300-year-old Engadine house in the heart of Ramosch, offering  a serene alpine retreat surrounded by pristine nature.

The retreat offers 5 private rooms some with ensuite bathrooms and others sharing a bath.
