Let's meet between 7:00pm and 11pm, speak French and have a few drinks. Food is available to order for those that wish it.

We are a mixed ability group open to all standards of French speakers from the native to the beginner. Though we welcome all-comers the recommended level to benefit most from this group is GCSE/O-Level or greater for native English speakers.

The mezzanine (or part of it) is reserved for us. Ask staff behind the bar if you cannot find us.

Unfortunately, this venue is not wheelchair accessible. Be free to arrive at any time. A small number of us will be there from 7pm. Attendance will peak between 8pm and 9pm.

**Séjour linguistique et culturel à Nantes**
**le 3 au 8 septembre 2025 (mercredi à lundi - 5 nuits).**

Le meetup français de Manchester organise un séjour linguistique à Nantes cet automne.
On cherche un groupe de quatorze personnes qui veut y participer afin d'améliorer leur niveau de français ensemble. À Nantes on s'attend à faire des contacts avec des groupes et des associations de la ville.
Un tel séjour vous intéresse? Il est ouvert à tous les membres du meet-up français de Manchester.
Pour aller à Nantes, on va prendre un vol Ryanair de Manchester
Le logement sera au APPART’CITY CONFORT, Nantes Centre
L'hôtel pour 5 nuits coûtera £420 à peu près (pour une personne ), £210 euros ( si vous partagez la chambre avec une autre personne).
Le vol coûtera £170 à peu près

Séjour linguistique et culturel à Nantes  - septembre 2025

**A voluntary group in South Manchester have asked Meetup** for help in finding a person to join their Monday evening online conversation class. The group has hired a group facilitator who speaks French as a first language and thus there is a cost to cover the tutor fees.

Here is the message from the voluntary group:

Il y a une place disponible pour une personne qui voudrait nous rejoindre chaque lundi soir 19h00 - 20h30 pour une classe de conversation française avancée.

La classe est sur Zoom avec un groupe de 8 ou 9 autres personnes et un animateur français qui dirige le groupe tout en nous donnant des idées pour discussion chaque semaine. Nous discutons des actualités et d’autres sujets plus légers. Quelques fois un membre du group fera une petite présentation sur un sujet d’intéressant, par exemple, un récit de voyage après des vacances.

Les classes commence le 22 septembre et la dernière est le 15 décembre, (13 semaines). Le coût est £45 - £50 selon le nombre de participants pour les 13 classes. Si vous voudriez nous rejoindre en septembre veuillez me contacter par e-mail.
