Our discussion for this salon will be inspired by “The Mindful Body” by Ellen Langer. We’ll step into a new conversation about 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲—not through meditation, but through paying attention in simple, transformative ways. Drawing on Dr. Ellen Langer’s research, we’ll explore how small shifts in awareness can ripple outward into real changes in well being, posture, mood, and vitality.

Expect to:

• Wake up to how your thoughts shape your physical experience
• Notice patterns of tension, fatigue, or limitation—and begin to shift them
• Watch your body move differently when you bring fresh attention
• Reconnect with energy you’ve carried but forgot about

Inspired by Ellen Langer’s The Mindful Body, this meeting invites women into the science-backed possibility that what we think and believe can literally shape how we feel, move, and grow—with or without health labels. Studies show that people who challenge limiting assumptions and actively notice fluctuations in strength, mobility, and vitality often regain clarity, comfort, and energy—no new exercise required.
