**Opening Doors Weekly: *Living Nonviolent Communication in Action***

**Curious how NVC can guide you through conflict and open new pathways of connection?**

**Each week we’ll enter an interactive practice space where empathy, role-play, and real-life situations become opportunities to learn together.**

**You can expect:**
**✔️ A presentation of one or two NVC basics each week**
**✔️ Live demonstrations showing how to shift from conflict to connection**
**✔️ Guided practice**
**✔️ Tools for listening with compassion, expressing yourself honestly, and transforming judgments into needs and requests.**

**Whether you’re brand new or a longtime practitioner, these sessions invite you to experience NVC in action and increase confidence using it in your daily life.**

**You already carry wisdom, intuition, and insight — and we’ll be inviting and honoring that in each person present.**
