No steps to learn. No pressure to perform.
Just music, movement, and the shared joy of being human. We'll begin with a grounding movement session led by dance and movement therapist **Steph Wynn**, to help you land in your body — then open the space into free dance, soft connection, and your own rhythm. This is a low-light, alcohol & phone-free evening.
We dance together, not to impress, but to remember.
