Join us for a fun & hands-on vegan cooking class in the San Gabriel Valley! Learn how to create delicious plant-based dishes perfect for your next gathering or weekend get-together. Our experienced vegan chef will teach you new cooking techniques, share recipes, and provide valuable tips on where to source high-quality vegan ingredients. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned cook, this class is a great opportunity to improve your culinary skills and expand your knowledge of vegan cooking. Come hungry and leave inspired to create mouthwatering vegan dishes at home!

**What’s Included:**
All necessary ingredients will be provided by the host. You’ll get hands-on experience preparing the main dishes while also learning about complementary side dishes. While we’ll focus on step-by-step instruction for the main courses, side dishes will be introduced for inspiration. Get ready for a fun, educational, and delicious experience!

**Featured Dishes:**

* Main Dishes: Vegetarian Spring Rolls
* Side Dish: Hot and Sour Soup

**Schedule:**

* 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Hands-on cooking (washing, chopping, prepping, and cooking)
* 11:15 AM – 12:00 PM: Enjoy the meal together!

**Important Notes:**

* Please confirm your attendance in the comments at least 48 hours in advance. If you're on the waitlist, confirmation is required as well.
* Punctuality matters! If you expect to be more than 10 minutes late, we kindly ask that you join a session that better fits your schedule.
* RSVP closes 48 hours before the event. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate guests from the waitlist, so please plan accordingly.
* This program is donation-based. A $3 fee helps cover basic costs, and any additional donation is warmly appreciated.

* I acknowledge that the event hosts are not responsible for allergic reactions or health-related incidents.

**4\. Indemnification**

* I agree to indemnify and defend Tienshin Temple and event organizers against any claims, liabilities, or expenses that may arise due to my actions during the event.

**5\. Photography & Media Release**

* I grant permission for event organizers to use photographs or videos taken during the session for promotional purposes. (If I prefer not to be included in photos, I will inform the event host upon arrival.)
