**Virginia Renaissance Faire Meetup - May 10th, 11am**

Step back in time at the **Virginia Renaissance Faire** on **Saturday, May 10th**! It’s a great opportunity to enjoy a day of entertainment, artisan vendors, and festive food and drinks.

**Important Details:**

* **Tickets must be purchased online** – They sell out fast, so if you're interested, sign up quickly! Tickets are date-specific and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Adult tickets are **$18**.
* **Rain or Shine** – The faire goes on regardless of weather, so come prepared for whatever Mother Nature gives us :)
**Tickets** – Print out your ticket or take a screenshot of the QR code as cell phone service may not be reliable on-site.
* **Cash** – Not all vendors will accept cards, so please bring cash with you.

**Carpooling:**
I plan to drive down solo and check out a few stops along the way, but if anyone wants to carpool, let me know, and we can arrange to leave from the **Warrenton commuter lot**.

**Meeting Location:**
Let's meet **just inside the entrance at 11am** after going through ticketing. This gives people who arrive early the chance to get through the line.

Let's check out a local festival together! The **Warrenton Town Limits** Festival is being hosted at the **WARF** with **free entry**.

**From the Parks and Recs flyer:**
*Featuring live music, food trucks, moon bounces, a patriotic skydiver, fireworks after dark, and so much more.*

I don't know much about this festival, how the parking situation will play out, or where the best meeting location will be, so I will arrive early and post a comment the day of the event with some landmarks for us to gather by.
