Come join us for and enjoy the St. John's Hotel. Formerly a Catholic seminary, it was purchased by the Pulte Foundation and repurposed. The 5ive is a (recently renovated) upscale restaurant located off the lobby with an elegant menu. After brunch, stop by and see the stunning chapel on the grounds.
The menu selection is below. We are limited to 24 people. Please be aware that The Five will add a 24% gratuity on each check. Since we will have a large crowd, remember to be patient with your server if things take a few minutes longer than normal.

Join us for some summertime fun. We have reserved a shelter at [Island Lake ](https://www.michigandnr.com/parksandtrails/Details.aspx?id=462&type=SPRK)Recreation Area, across the freeway from Kensington Metro Park.
Hamburgers and Hot Dogs will be provided. Bring a dish to pass if you are able. All types of beverages are permitted within the shelter.
There is a small unattended beach (no lifeguard). Bring your kayak, float, yard game.
State parks require you to have the state recreation pass, or you may be required to pay upon entry.

Join us for a free Michigan Philharmonic Orchestra concert at Maple Beach at Kensington Metro Park on Saturday, July 13th at 7:30 p.m.

We recommend arriving by 6:30 p.m. to find a good spot on the lawn and for easy parking. Let's meet at the oversized Adirondak chair in front of Maple Beach so we can sit together!

You should bring your own chair or blanket. Bring your own food and beverage to enjoy an outdoor picnic while waiting for the concert to begin.

There is a $10.00 park entry fee for each car unless you have a season pass to the Metroparks. It is exit 153 off of I-96 West. Please be advised there is construction on I-96 so allow for extra drive time.

Follow the signs to the Park Office and then watch for signs to Maple Beach.

We have the opportunity to attend a **Detroit Tigers game on Thursday, September 12 vs. the Colorado Rockies**. The hospitality space includes **VIP Tables which are in the Tiger Club** overlooking right field. A reservation for 30 would book 3 tables from gate opening (11:40am) to 1st pitch (1:10pm). All food and beverage is included in the price, with the exception of alcohol. The seats for the game would be in the outfield box, section 117. **The total price for everything, except parking, would come to $75/person.**
Optional post-game gathering at a local establishment. You will receive your ticket electronically requiring you to have the MLB Ballpark APP.
