No agenda, just to pleasurably sip our coffee and eat our yummy brunch while laughing and holding space for each other's fabulousness.

Goal is to leave feeling full of we-got-each-other's-back energy and we're-not-alone-in-this-crazy-world energy.

Imagine a just-hard-enough trek up to a grand waterfall, where we can then refresh our sweaty selves under a lofty waterfall, with the mist showering us and the light sparkling through the green lushness and flowing water...good Goddess!!

MEET at 11am at the trailhead: in the big parking lot of Catawba Falls. (A big brown sign with a map of the trail.)

If you need lift, let me know!

We will be completing the trek the pleasurable way, that is, counter-clockwise, so that we walk down all the steps instead of up all of them :)

Intention: To get our nature-fix, leaving full of sunlight and negative ions from the waterfall (which is super good for you), and gratitude for the breathtaking places we can go to right near Asheville.
