We meet at the DLRG tower in Berlin Friedrichshagen for boarding at the booked time. Then we set off together and float into the sunrise or sunset on the Müggelsee. We let ourselves drift while we watch and listen to nature awaken and fall asleep. We get in the mood for the mediation with gentle body and breathing exercises, followed by a guided meditation, food and drink are not provided by the team. Everyone brings a little something so that there is enough for all participants and a buffet becomes Potluck. Afterwards we can be silent together, talk about the experience of meditation or we can go swimming.
