Join Buddhist nun Kelsang Varahi for a 45 minute lunchtime class to relax and clear your mind. Enjoy a short teaching and two guided meditations to help you develop a happy and positive mind and leave feeling refreshed and recharged for the rest of the day. These classes are based on wisdom from The New Eight Steps to Happiness by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
