Process Discovery – How to succeed with RPA rollout

Critical to long term success with rolling out RPA within an organization is to have an efficient way of working with process discovery, i.e. the means of ensuring that the correct processes are identified and selected for automation. This is often overseen or neglected resulting in organizations not being able to fully harness the value of RPA.

By working systematically to spread awareness about RPA within an organization and highlighting both the capabilities and limitations of RPA, the chances of successful automation projects and widespread adoption are significantly increased. By also employing proper tools in the process discovery, the probability and speed of widespread adoption increases even more.
