Historic Huffaker School at Bartley Ranch Regional Park

This year's event will be a festive cocktail party at the 155-year-old Historic Huffaker School at Bartley Ranch. Enjoy catered hors d'oeuvres, charcuterie, appetizers, a cash bar ($5 for signature cocktails, wine, and beer), and dessert, with a jazzy playlist. The evening will feature a live auction (3 bikes, bike trainer, an inflatable boat, a kayak, an electric scooter, and other items) and raffle drawings for many prizes. Dress is holiday party festive.

COST: $25 for members and their nonmember guests. Tickets are non-refundable.

PAYMENT DETAILS: Please RSVP and pay the same day. RSVP here at Meetup and then pay at the website by clicking here to purchase your ticket. Checks or cash will be accepted under special circumstances. If you have any issues, please email president@pedalers.org.

CASH BAR: Nonalcoholic drinks are free. Signature cocktails, wine, and beer are $5 per drink so bring cash, checks, or maintain a tab (and pay up later via the website Donation button).

LIVE AUCTION: Ralph Bell, Dan Gunzel, and Michael Barron will conduct this friendly auction of at least two bicycles and other items of interest. We will accept cash, check, or payment via the website Donation button.

RAFFLE: At the event, you may buy raffle tickets to have many chances to win prizes.
