Our online Coaching Fundamentals program for senior PMs and product/design executives will teach you the principles of coaching in a condensed and hands-on format, and give you practical coaching tools that you can apply in your day-to-day right away.
The program consists of 6 2-hour group sessions, a 1:1 coaching session and a reunion two months later.

By combining self-paced study in between the sessions with hands-on group work and practice sessions with your buddy you will get to experience the coaching mindset and toolbox first-hand.
