We run, reflect, and talk over good coffee about the things that build endurance — in your body and in your work. No leaderboards. No perfect sprints. No pretending. Just real pace, real people, and real progress.

We cover 5 km at a conversational pace and finish with coffee and conversation. Open to all levels.
