Metrics as a driver of product discovery and prioritization: Combining strategic & tactical thinking, Pricefox
A case study of how we utilize strategic thinking and tactical planning on a regular basis at Pricefox, in order to achieve our short and long-term product objectives.
Using the product KPIs of Pricefox in January 2021 as a starting point, we go over the data reading, hypotheses, prioritization and execution of the plan. At the end we review the results and main takeaways.
Meet the Speaker: Manos Kyriakakis, Product Director @ Pricefox
Manos is currently the Product Director of Pricefox.gr (https://www.pricefox.gr). He has previously co-founded Panelsensor, a startup in the event-tech industry and worked as a product manager in other startups including Avocarrot (10th employee, acquired by Glispa for $20M) and Welcome Pickups. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Athens and an MSc in Digital Marketing from the Athens University of Economics & Business.
