Inessa was most recently the VP of Product at Yesware, a Product-Led company that helps salespeople optimize communication and improve outcomes, where she oversaw product, design, and product marketing. She led Yesware’s transition from planning around product outputs to planning around customer outcomes.

Previously, Inessa held product leadership roles at several mission-driven, venture-funded startups. She is passionate about being customer-driven and using technology to improve the way we live. Inessa started her career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

She holds an MBA with Highest Distinction from the Harvard Business School, an MPP from the Kennedy School of Government, and a BA, Phi Beta Kappa, from Swarthmore College.

She is an avid photographer residing in Cambridge, MA.
